I take a compassionate, strengths-based approach to help with challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, substance use, anger and low self-esteem. Recognizing each individual has their own unique needs and strengths, I work from a flexible framework to enact a treatment strategy specific to you.

Yes, online therapy is effective and has benefits of its own too such as the comfort of familiar surroundings and reducing travel time. Currently, overall safety is a top concern, therefore sessions are offered via an online video chat format. My Approach
I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from several evidence-based methodologies. I most commonly look to solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and mindfulness. Regardless of which combination of methods we draw on, you can be assured of a compassionate and judgment free zone to work through difficulties while fostering your strengths.
